This place never disappoints me. It has a variety of burgers selection that you can choose from. I usually get the whiskey burger and I'm always satisfied with it. The royal red robin burger is really tasty as well. The patties are tender and juicy. Each meal comes with bottomless fries.. which tastes delicious. The onion ring tower is huge! I'm always leaving this place feeling full! Service is great and they're always there when you need them. If you're craving for a burger- check out this place!

I have become a very big fan of red robin in the past year. The food is delicious and you can't go wrong with bottomless fries. I usually get their burgers and they are usually outstanding. Also their fries are delicious. The service is usually very very good. They are helpful and listen well and are we asy to get along with. There was one time that i felt like our waitress was a bit boring and overworked. She had to many table and seemed slow. Other than that one time every other time has been very pleasant. Highly recommended

Went here with my son on Sunday evening. We were greeted and seated right away. Our waiter was very good - checked back often and refilled our drinks when needed. We got the onion ring tower for an appetizer. The onion rings had a different breading than I am used to - but it was very good and crispy. We both got a bacon cheeseburger and they were very good. My son got the 'bottomless" root beer float - and it was. Our waiter brought him a refill - so it is not just a gimick to get you to order it. Since we had the onion rings, we didn't eat many of the french fries, but what I had were a little soggy - they could be crispier. The seasoning on them was good. We have not been to Red Robin very often, but we will try to go more often after this visit. It hit the spot!

I really like the burger selection here. The California chicken burger is my favorite. I love the thick cut fries with their signature fry seasoning, and the fact that they'll refill your fries and drinks as much as you want is a bonus. Their onion rings and freckled lemonade are really good too. I haven't ever eaten anything there that I haven't enjoyed. It can get a little loud when the restaurant is full, and sometimes the service is slow, but again that's usually when the restaurant is full. I love the location, being right there in the mall too. We like to eat and then go walk off the calories around the mall right afterwards.

I enjoy coming to Red Robin with the family. The burgers are good but are on the expensive side for a hamburger. They do offer all you can eat fries with your burger but they are definitely not in a hurry to bring out more to you. I enjoy the new Damn Good Burger. Loved the greens on it with the tomatoes and garlic aioli. You even get an extra side of aioli which I find to be very good on the fries. This particular location is one of the lesser that I've been to. Our table was extremely wobbly which is not good with a little one as any parent can attest. It was also sticky and in dire need of a fresh coat of varnish as it was peeling in multiple area. On my walk out I noticed this on all the tables so this location could definitely benefit from a refurb.

Great food but horribly expensive. I figure they have to make up the cost from the "endless" fries. It's a fun place to eat and never really takes too long to get in. Waitresses and waiters are always great !

Chili Con Queso is very delicious. I don't suggest the onion tower, it's very inconsistent and a lot of times over cooked. They have unlimited fries and unlimited sweet potato fries too!! And as far as burgers? I'm yet to have one I didn't enjoy. Quick tip, you can customize your own burger using any ingridient they have!! And the Mountain Mud Pie dessert is really really good as well!!

This place is an average Red Robin. Our server was very sweet. She dealt with my weird co worker and his weird questions very well. I love their clam chowder soup. I got unlimited refills of my fancy limeade drink too, that is a big plus.

I have come here once a year for...a lot of years thanks to the Vera Bradley Outlet sale. Most people are familiar with all that Red Robin offers, big delicious burgers, unlimited fries, etc. but I wanted to write this review to praise the service that I have seen year after year. Each year, we manage to sneak in right as they open and usually within a half hour they are full due to the volume of visitors to the area for the event and those wandering around the mall. They always have plenty of staff to help with the flow and the servers have always been super friendly. They know how to handle a rush correctly! Even the food is still fast! We did take out one year and it was all hot and fast! Don't come here expecting to eat healthy, even some of the things you think might be healthier, probably aren't [I used to work at a different location]. You can play around on the website beforehand to see what you might be eating. My tips? Dip their fries in their ranch [I LOVE THEIR RANCH] and try their BBQ sauce either on their burger or wrap.

Sitting in Red Robin with my sister having dinner for our birthday thanks to Red Robin. This is just one of many restaurants we get to have dinner for free due to our birthday, but it's the only one dinner we'll be having together since she'll be leaving in the morning going back home to Orlando. So for now we're going to celebrate at Red Robin.

First time ever at a Red Robin and it was probably the best burger I have ever had! My server stated he had been working there for something like 16 years, if I heard right, and was easily the best server I have had since moving to Fort Wayne! I will definitely be dragging my husband and son here! Be sure to try the Sweet & Skinny Spiked Tea. Jeez, this was awesome!

I had the cheeseburger with American cheese. The cheeseburger was very good. The fries with ranch also yummy! Our server was very nice. I was with a party of 11 and she was pretty much on top of everything! We did have one issue. We did order a gluten free plate due to severe food allergies. You could tell that someone had put croutons on the salad then picked them off. We informed the server. The manager ended up bringing the correct order back and apologized . They even gave her a large salad rather then a side salad.

The food was AWESOME! I've never had anything there that I didn't like. Their honey mustard poppyseed salad dressing is to die for! Our server was very nice too and a manager checked in on us at the end. There was a long line when we came in but we sat in the bar and received service right away. The wait for the food was a little long but not unreasonable for as busy as they were. Great place for family or friends!

I was a burger fiend .....You could have compared me to Wimpy from Popeye, So I loved this place at one time .....What was my favorite topping on a burger? Another burger of course .....I then became vegetarian and Red Robin covered this too. Once again cloud nine!!! Or maybe I was just delusional because of the Burning Love burger ... I slowly started realizing how mediocre the burgers were and it wasn't because I switched to veggie patties.....over the years they became more worried about how "pretty" the burger was ....ditched the baskets for rectangle plates with a fancy silver cup to hold your fries ......Removed the paper wrapper so you couldn't put your burger down .......I'm sorry am I not at a burger place when I go here give me my greasy goodness in a basket and paper wrapped and remove the stupid half cooked jalapeño that has a tooth pic in it and impaled on top of my burger ......And when Fat tire was removed from tap because "locals" like crap beer and don't know any better ......You lost it right there .......It was a sad sad day in Burger land .....needless to say this isn't quite the hot spot it use to be for me ....Overall not a bad place for lunch ( unless you hold a grudge like I do about the Fat tire removal ) But there are better options out there

Some pink! How can you net get enough of Red Robin? My sister always wants to go there when she comes to town. She can't a fix of it where she lives. By the time you eat your awesome burger and woof down some fries, you're about so full to even ask for some more bottomless fries. You usually hit the bottom after the original serving of them. But if you haven't thrown a stack of onion rings down your neck, then there may be room for some more fries. And don't forget to drench them in the RR seasoning. It goes spot on with the fries. So, I totally enjoy this place whenever we go there. I've never order anything else but burgers. That's like going to a seafood joint and getting chicken or going to KFC to get a salad! You go to RR for a burger so get one the next time you go!

Who doesn't enjoy a Red Robin Burger? Their burgers would qualify as restaurant quality, and definitely a step above fast food, but not the best burger I have ever had. My husband loves the A1 peppercorn...but blah, I pass. I always go for the spicy one. To me the fries are subpar...yet you get endless fries....it is a delimma and if you put that fry seasoning on it, it improves greatly!! I do LOVE their onion rings though, crunchy, and not too much onion. I don't care for the sauce that comes with them, I just prefer ketchup.
